First-time Cosplay ideas?
Alright, so I kinda really want to cosplay at the San Diego Comic-con (which is a little over a month away), but the problem is, it's my first time...
I have:
VERY limited sewing skills (though my mom could probably help, nothing major though!)
Black Hair that goes to around the middle of my back
NO skirts other than a formal black one
Dark brown eyes
short height (about 5'2")
and I'm a light-skinned filipino, if skin color means anything....
do any of you have some ideas for characters? I'd prefer if I didn't have to buy anything (unless it's really cheap/thrift store), so casual clothes would be great! and I CAN'T DYE my hair or my mom will flip. Also, I don't mind cross-dressing, as long as the character is still somewhat feminine...Once again, I have a little over a month, so simple, but still recognizable would be awesome! Thanks!
