what key pieces should i buy for spring?
i'm a college girl on a budget, but between the tax return money i'm going to get and some money that i've saved up, i'm going to be able to go shopping! i want to update my wardrobe, it's so boring and i hardly have anything that's trendy for spring/summer in my closet. i need a new work shirt and jeans, so i'm definitely going to be buying those, but other than that, what accessories or pieces would you suggest?
oh and just fyi i don't know if you need this info, but i'm 20, blonde hair and like to shop at H&M, forever 21 (mostly for jewelry & basic tees some of the clothes fit me weird), abercrombie and fitch, charlotte russe, wet seal...etc. thanks!!!

Spring is sometimes chilly and sometimes warm so I suggest getting sleeveless shirts like camis and halters and pairing them up with jackets or 3/4 length sweaters. that way, if you get hot, you can take the jacket off. I also suggest shopping for some necklaces. Yellow and turqoise are excellent spring colors.
I suggest saving some money to go out partying with too.
