Help! I think he got hurt....?
Something fell off the table and scared my cat, since it was so close to him, to turned and jetted to get away. He ran straight into the entertainment center and hit his head pretty good. I'm scared that he might have gotten a concussion because the force of him hitting the entertainment center made a loud scary noise. He's up here with me now and seems to be hard to rouse from sleep. That could totally just be a cat thing, because he's a lazy-ass anyway. But is there any way to check him for a concussion without having to drag him to the vet? Do cat's pupils wig out like humans do when they have a brain injury?
I have no prob taking him to the vet, but the last few times I did, it was just me freaking out, nothing wrong with him. Any help?
Try to keep cat awake,.. stimulate him with a string or bouncey ball or something.
If cat has NO interest and drowses off to sleep,.. or shows signs of nodding off, then take to vet asap.
He's prob. ok,.. just stunned.
